Whamageddon

This seems to be doing the social media rounds today.  I haven't heard it yet so I'm still in!!  Sorry for the sweary words Mum! 😂

In our family we always say it's not Christmas until Noddy Holder yells "It's Christmas!"

What song tells you it's Christmas?

  1. I have already heard my Christmas favourite and that was last week on the radio. "All I want for Christmas is you". It wasn't Mariah Cary though so I won't count it until I hear the original!

  2. Hi Ali, hope you are OK and your hand is getting better. It is not ‘C’ until I hear the most amazing song ‘I believe in Father Christmas’ by the late Greg Lake from 1975, actually heard it on Tuesday this week - bliss 🙂 Jan in Castle Gresley

  3. Hmm, in my case it isn't Christmas until I see It's A Wonderful Life. Funny thing is that I sing or listen to what could be classified as Christmas music all year.

    God bless.

  4. It's watching the Snowman really but hearing 'O come, O come Emmanuel' also does it for me.

  5. Yep, gotta be Noddy for me too. On a side note, I understand he once did a voiceover for a department store lift (yeah, I know), in his thick Black Country accent and it was a gem. Can you just imagine him saying "ground floor perfumery, stationery and leather goods, going up"?

  6. O Holy Night which I don’t hear much now that I am retired and no longer attend church. Maybe Joy will post it and I’ll get to hear it then. Catriona
