I heard some very sad news today about a colleague's husband who died very suddenly. Same age as me. It's a stark reminder that life is precious and I'm so very grateful for the people in my life.

Nothing can be worse than losing a loved one and you are right to remind us to love them while we are still together.

Exactly the same has just happened to my son's best friend's Dad. Unfortunately his daughter discovered his body in bed and tried to resuscitate him, it'll live with her forever. So sad.
