I didn't get the job. To say I'm devastated after all the hard work I've put in over the past year is an understatement. I actually had a good interview and the feedback was good. There's a whole lot more I could say but what's the point? I think this school isn't my future so need to keep working on getting that permanent post elsewhere.
Tomorrow I will go into work and give 100% to my pupils because it's all about them, not me.

So sorry to hear this news. I have been in the same position myself and it is very hard when you have given your all. I had to remain in the same school for another eight years. Sorry to hear that, some thing is out there, I was looking for another job for months and then something came along totally unexpected, not what I was thinking of doing but is perfect. Lucky kids to have such a dedicated person in their lives :)
