Every morning I've been checking the nesting box, just in case! And this morning there were 2 eggs :-) Then when I came home from work there was another one! Clever girls!!
I am ridiculously happy over such a simple thing. No idea yet how I'm going to use them, I think I'm going to just look at them.
Congratulations! They are impressive specimens for new layers, you often get mini eggs for a while. I've been keeping chickens for about nine years, and I'm still impressed every day it lift the lid of the nest box and find eggs - I guess small things please small minds!

Eggsciting! (sorry!). I think if it was me I'd just soft boil them and eat them slowly with a spoon and a little sprinkle of salt.
