After 2 weeks back on the WW regime I've already lost 2.1kg (about 4.5 lbs) 😊 That's like a big bag of potatoes!! I know the weight comes off easily at the start so I'm realistic about my long term goal. But it was a nice start to my week 😊
From past experience I know it will slow down a lot in the coming weeks. But slow loss means there's a better chance of keeping off. I know age is against me these days!!
Hi Ali, just out of curiosity how many points are you allowing yourself daily? I signed up last year but lost interest when I couldn't get to the meetings. I am thinking of starting up again but can't remember how many points - does 14 ring a bell? Thanks. Anna
I'm on 30 SmartPoints a day with 35 extra spread over the week to use when I like. As you lose weight the extra points come down but the 30 stays the same
