This really made my day!

My youngest son who is the radiographer, got this message from one of his colleagues.  She'd put two and two together and realised who he was.  She sent him these messages.

She was a lovely supportive parent and he really was a lovely wee boy!  It really made my day to hear he's doing well and that they remember me fondly! 😊

    1. Honestly, these thank yous are so precious to teachers. I have a shoebox full of thank you cards from parents and kids that I keep. The kids' comments in them are hilarious and never fail to cheer me up :-) xxx

    1. When you're so involved in the bad stuff you totally forget the good stuff, like this. Really did make my day :-) xxx

  8. How lovely. After meeting a group of super polite kids who were interviewing people at a supermarket I rang their headteacher to tell him how lovely and polite they were. He was so grateful and said it had made his week, he only ever receives complaints apparently!

    1. Yep people love phoning schools to complain! It's such a shame that the negative stuff always dominates the good stuff. That was really lovely of you to phone the school :-) xxx

  9. Teachers shape lives for sure, how lovely that you got to see these messages. Without my secondary school English teacher Mrs Simpson my love of the English language, literature and writing would never have been what it is to this day.
