More sad news

2020 is turning into the year that just keeps on giving!  Or taking away as my lovely mum puts it.  Sadly my elderly uncle died at the weekend, my dad's brother.  Although he was ill he wasn't expected to die so it's all a bit shocking.  As he was unmarried with no family of his own, it falls to me to sort out his rather disorganised affairs.  Fortunately I'm on holiday so I have the time to unravel it all.  It means I'll have less time to spend on my own projects this Summer but he deserves it 💗

  2. Sorry for your loss Ali. It's never good when someone dies unexpectedly (or otherwise come to that) but in the current circumstances it will not be easy for you. It will be a busy summer for you. Take care. xx

  3. So sorry to here this. You seem to be in the position my poor Dad found himself in ten years before his own death. He very selflessly put in order the affairs of his own Mum, my Mum's Mum, and then one of his uncles and two of his aunts. It takes a lot of doing, take it slowly and steadily is my only advice after seeing how my Dad ran himself ragged.

I hope you can manage things okay, it's a good job you're available at the moment.
